🇮🇹 TERMINI E CONDIZIONI PER GLI OPERATORI CHE USANO GUIDESQUARE
Utilizzando Guidesquare per ricercare e ingaggiare professionisti, dichiari di essere un Operatore e accetti che:
- Il prezzo mostrato in piattaforma per ciascun servizio è una tariffa composta (compenso del professionista + fee di intermediazione/gestione/consulenza a favore di Guidesquare).
- La fee Guidesquare viene fatturata separatamente come servizio di intermediazione, mentre il compenso per il servizio (quota professionista) viene fatturato direttamente dal professionista ingaggiato.
- In caso di cancellazione entro i termini di cancellazione gratuita non è dovuta alcuna fee a Guidesquare; in caso di cancellazione oltre tali termini, la fee Guidesquare resta comunque dovuta.
- Al momento non è previsto alcun costo di abbonamento per gli Operatori, ma Guidesquare si riserva di introdurre in futuro una membership o altri piani a pagamento, previa comunicazione.
- Attualmente la fee Guidesquare viene fatturata dopo la scadenza dei termini di cancellazione gratuita, mentre il professionista fattura il proprio servizio il giorno della prestazione. In una fase successiva potrà essere richiesto il pagamento anticipato della fee come caparra al momento dell’ingaggio, tramite piattaforma di pagamento (es. PayPal, Nexi, Stripe); tale caparra diventerà definitivamente acquisita una volta trascorsi i termini di cancellazione gratuita.

🇬🇧 TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY FOR OPERATORS USING GUIDESQUARE
By using Guidesquare to search for and book professionals, you confirm that you are a B2B Operator and you accept that:
- The price shown on the platform for each service is a combined tariff (professional’s fee + Guidesquare intermediation/management/consultancy Fee).
- The Guidesquare Fee is invoiced separately by Guidesquare as an intermediation/consultancy service, while the service fee (professional’s part) is invoiced directly to you by the engaged professional.
- If you cancel within the free cancellation deadline, no Fee is due to Guidesquare; if you cancel after that deadline, the Guidesquare Fee remains fully due.
- At present there is no subscription or membership fee for Operators, but Guidesquare reserves the right to introduce future membership or paid plans, with prior notice.
- For now, the Guidesquare Fee is invoiced after the free cancellation deadline has expired, while the professional invoices their service on the day of the activity. Later, Guidesquare may require advance payment of the Fee as a deposit at the time of booking (e.g. PayPal, Nexi, Stripe); this deposit will become definitively earned once the free cancellation deadline has passed.
